This policy is issued by PekVera Yazılım Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Company") as data controller, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

4. Transfers

Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Analytics (Google Analytics) runs only after cookie consent, with IP anonymisation enabled.

5. Retention

Contact records are retained for as long as necessary for the purpose, and no longer than 2 years.

6. Your Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@pekvera.com. Requests are answered within 30 days. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
